The extensive range includes special, rare wines, carefully stored in our wine cellar, and the right wine for each dish. From Sopraceneri to Sottoceneri: Merlot is traditionally cultivated – and drunk – in Ticino. As a love letter to our origins and region, our wine list features more than 100 Merlot labels – from award-winners to small, niche producers. Our restaurant’s wine list leads you through Ticino, across France, into Tuscany, and also explores neighbouring regions that stand out thanks to their wide variety of wine producers. Whether renowned names or small wineries, they all offer top-quality wines for all tastes and occasions. We work closely with various wine producers, meaning we can select the wines directly at the winery and only offer the best vintages in our restaurant. We also regularly offer themed evenings with a special menu and accompanying wines as well as private tastings upon request.
