The delicious Vista breakfast buffet is ready for you every day from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in al Piazza restaurant. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with views of the lake. Choose from freshly prepared egg dishes and sample the best products from our region. Round it all off with a good cup of cappuccino, latte macchiato, or tea, and you’re ready for a fantastic day in and around Ascona.

You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. For all changes made after this deadline or if you do not travel, the entire rate of your stay will be charged.

Parking costs CHF 15.00 per day at the “al Lago-Migros” parking garage.

Your booked room is available for you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on your departure day.
If you would like to check in early or check out late, please contact our reception team, and we will do our best to grant your request. You can leave your luggage at the reception and benefit from a 10% discount at our Vista restaurants from the very first minute of your holiday.

Children up to two years old stay at Vista Lakefront Boutique Hotel free of charge. We’ll be happy to organise a cot upon request.

We give dogs a warm welcome here. Please let us know in advance if you’re travelling with your four-legged friend so that we can prepare the room for you accordingly. We charge a supplement of CHF 25.00 per day without food.

Are you arriving by train or bus? We’re delighted by your green choice. Please let us know when you’ll be arriving in good time and we’ll be happy to arrange a pick-up service (subject to a charge) for you.
